Freelancers working online can have clients in many countries and from different cultures. It is critically important that they know how to develop and manage trust with a virtual client. We look at how this can be done.

Should you reward clients for early payment and penalize them for late payment? It is a very important issue and Rebecca Knight has written for the Harvard business Review on the issues.
